The Daniels Place Staff
Emily
James,L.C.S.W.: Program Manager, holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social
work and oversees the program operations as well as assisting with case
management tasks and sees members for individual therapy.
Rachel Stone, M.S.W.: Service Coordinator, holds a Master’s
degree in Social Work
and is the primary therapist for the program – also
performs case management duties: housing, school, benefits establishment,
etc.
Stephanie Steese: Life Skills Coordinator: assists members in developing their activities of daily living, assisting members in working towards a variety of goals –
housing, education, employment, benefits etc. Stephanie is the staff co-located at our housing program Daniel's Village.
Shelley Hoffmann: Parent/Family Advocate, facilitator of Parent’s support
group, she provides families and parents with support and
information.
Matt Lord, Erica Ullmann, Veronica Sanchez and Marcus White: Peer
Advocates who help engage new members at Daniel’s Place, as well as
provide all types of support to existing members

We are open from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and we are CLOSED Sunday and Monday.
